What is covered by warranty? What is wear and tear? What is caused by rider error?

  • Due to the nature of skateboarding, there is limited warranty on skateboard decks as it only takes one failed landing to break a deck. Given that concrete is harder than wood, skateboard decks will chip and wear down.
  • Trucks come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover wear and tear. Most common areas to wear down are the axle hanger/king pin from grinding on edges and/or coping. Also the ends of the axles tend to wear down from hitting the concrete and this may cause issues getting the axle nuts on and off.
  • Wheels come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults. The warranty does not cover wear and tear. Excessive sliding and failed landing’s can cause wheels to flat spot.
  • Bearings will slow down if allowed to get dirty or if ridden on the rain. There is very limited warranty on bearings. Failed tricks can cause bearings to pop out.
  • Longboards come with 12 months warranty against manufacturing faults. We do not cover damage caused by impact or water damage.
