Skategear shares a store in Christchurch with BWMsnow. Offering year round sales and service for skate and snow. Please visit our store page for more information about our shop.

How much does shipping cost?

Courier costs range from $4 to a maximum of $10 depending on the product purchased and the total size of your order. Gear is combined for couriering so the more you buy in one purchase the better it works out. You will be advised of the total amount of your order including shipping costs before payment is required. Shipping costs are for delivery New Zealand wide. Please contact us if you require delivery to anywhere outside of New Zealand and we can supply a shipping quote.

Some gear is parallel imported. What does this mean?

This means Skategear does all the hard work by sourcing and importing genuine, high quality brands direct from the manufacturer/suppliers and selling them straight to you. This keeps overall costs to a minimum ensuring that you (the customer) are getting the same quality brands you can buy in the shops but at amazing prices!

All of the goods sold by Skategear are warranted by Skategear. Please contact us directly at sales@skategear.co.nz if you have any questions regarding your purchase or warranty.

Do I need an account to buy gear?

No account is required to buy. Just add the skategear you would like to buy to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. You will have the option to pay instantly via Credit Card or by Bank Deposit at your convenience.

How long will my Skategear take to arrive?

Gear is couriered Mon-Fri and takes 1-2 days for small items and 1-3 days for larger items. Please allow additional time if you are a Rural Delivery. Bank deposits made on a weekend will show as cleared on the Tuesday following (due to bank clearance times). We use Courierpost, Fastway Couriers and NZPost.

How do I pay for the Skategear I am purchasing?

Credit Card (via Paypal): The worlds largest secure online credit card payment system. No account is required and Skategear will be notified once your payment has been completed. There is no additional charge for paying by credit card.

Bank Deposit: Details of our bank account will be supplied on checkout and an email with our bank account details will also be sent to you. Once you have deposited funds please allow 1-3 days for these funds to show as cleared in our account. Please use your Order Number on your deposit to avoid delays.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we do. If you return the product to us in a timely manner and in it's original condition, we will refund you the cost of the goods or apply a credit for you to buy something else. Please contact us first. Shipping costs are non refundable.
